Almost next-door to Red Rocks Open Space, and just down the road from Bear Creek Park, guests will enjoy amazing access to hiking, biking trails, and great places to explore. Both parks are considered "local" jewels…spots that locals frequent for their natural beauty, but perhaps not as well-known (or well-frequented) as other parks. Also close by are all the major attractions that folks visit the Springs for including Pike`s Peak, Manitou Springs, Old Colorado City and Garden of the Gods.

Parking at this location abounds, with a large parking area next to the unit, as well as plenty of space on the street in front of the home.

* This is the top unit town home of a 2-unit building. The unit below is also a short term rental so please be mindful and respectful;
* No smoking or vaping (of any kind) is allowed indoors;
* Garbage and Recycling bins are located under the stairs, trash pickup is on Tuesdays;
* No central AC - there is an AC unit in the living room to cool the home
