Right between Vail and Beaver Creek, if you're looking for a modern, centrally-located summer mountain house, look no further! This home has been recently updated and comes equipped with anything you might need for a rejuvenating getaway in Vail. Central AC in all bedrooms, which is a huge plus in the summertime.
Only 10 minutes to both Vail and Beaver Creek, this duplex is very close to City Market, Walmart, Starbucks, and other Avon shops. There is space in the driveway for two vehicles. In addition, it has a fenced-in backyard and is pet-friendly for adult dogs.
When you walk in the front door, there is a bench with plenty of storage for jackets, boots, gear, or whatever you might need for your adventure! The first floor features the living and dining areas that are both open to the kitchen, so everyone can visit while you're preparing meals. The sliding doors can be left open on beautiful Colorado summer nights to bring in the evening air. There is one bathroom on the first floor that also has stacked washer/dryer and a steam shower.
The three bedrooms and other two bathrooms are upstairs. The entire second floor features central AC! This is unique in most homes in the Vail Valley and is becoming increasingly important as summers get hotter.
