In January 2019, I updated my home with new kitchen appliances & granite countertops, new carpet, painted the interior, added a new flat screen tv to the Master Bedroom, new BBQ grill and added a fence for an enclosed backyard. This home features free wi-fi, split bedroom plan, washer/dryer and access to 1 car garage with opener. It's conveniently located off the Sonoma Ranch exit North of Hwy 70 so it has easy access for anyone who needs temporary housing who is working at WSMR, NASA or Mountain View Hospital. The house sits on a corner lot with a fenced yard (dogs welcome) and across the street from a neighborhood park. You can enjoy the front courtyard while you BBQ on the new gas grill or sit on the back patio drinking your coffee and watching the sunset on the Organ Mountains.
