Surrounded by tall pines and conveniently located off HWY 434 in the Angel Fire Resort, this Mountain Retreat is close to the golf course for summer fun and only minutes away from the ski lifts in winter. Lots of greenbelt trails are nearby for hiking and biking in the summer or snowshoeing in the winter and don't forget about cross country skiing in the winter on the nearby golf course. Monte Verde lake is also within walking distance for all your summer time lake fun (fishing, stand up paddle boards, pedal boats, or relaxing on the lakeshore...) The paved drive-through driveway allows for easy year round access (but still recommend AWD/4WD in winter unless you have chains available).
This cozy beautifully furnished home has 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a queen bed and twin trundle (best for kiddos) with an an ensuite bathroom and a beautifully tiled walk in shower. The spacious common area boasts a wood-burning fireplace surrounded by stone, vaulted tongue-and-groove ceilings, large wooden beams and hardwood floors with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the beautiful scenery and wildlife outside the windows flanking the fireplace.
