This completely renovated, modern home is located in the heart of Boulder. It's located less than a mile to the restaurants and shops at downtown's Pearl Street, and just 1.5 miles to Folsom Field and CU. Whether you're visiting a student or attending the Sundance Film Festival, you can easily walk or bike from this house. This house is also close to hiking and running trails and an easy drive to the Boulder Reservoir. If you're here for the Bolder Boulder we're located in the course. You can walk or bike to the start line, or cheer on the runners at the end of the block.
The house features a beautifully designed open floor space, with vaulted ceilings. The living room, dining room, kitchen and outdoor living space flow seamlessly together with a large folding glass window leading to a large outdoor porch.
