É uma casa tradicional envolvida pela quinta biológica, com castanheiros, pomar, horta, tanque de rega e jardim, onde os anfitriões vivem. Dispõe de três unidades turísticas dentro da quinta, com a devida privacidade, e de uma piscina de água salgada integrada em ruínas, partilhada com o grande jardim.
