Located in the North End of the Estes Valley, you will witness nature, and countless encounters with wildlife at dusk and dawn. This 2-story Chalet offers 2 bedrooms and 1 1/2 bathrooms. On the main level, curl up next to the fire with a book or contemplate the day. Just steps away is a casual conversational area suitable for chatting or puzzle building. A children’s toy closet is within reach. The dining area seats 6 comfortably with a highchair provided for the youngest of adventurers. The well-appointed kitchen ensures a home-cooked meal is right at your fingertips.
The upper level has a family game room with a TV and casual, comfortable seating including a sleeper sofa. The main bedroom offers a king size bed, seating area and large closet while the second bedroom has a queen size bed and takes in the morning sun brilliantly. The large bathroom located between the bedrooms is perfectly situated with double sinks, tub, and separate shower to accommodate up to 6 guests.
After dinner, take a short walk to The Perch situated above the house line. There you will find adirondack chairs and a chiminea. Watch the incredible sunset, light a fire and enjoy a glass of wine or hot chocolate and S'mores. The Continental Divide is your backdrop….simply breathtaking!
