The Free Lyft Shuttle is steps away, which you can take to The Winter Park Resort, Fraser or Downtown Winter Park. This house is within walking distance to the Foundry, local restaurants & Downtown Winter Park. Outside you will find an 8 Person Private BullFrog HotTub and picnic tables(spring/summer/fall use). There is also an outdoor sofa and a firepit. Inside, there are 4 bedrooms(all upstairs). The 1st Master Bedroom has a king size bed, bathroom & smart TV. The 2nd Bedroom has a king size bed, bathroom & smart TV. The 3rd Bedroom has a Queen bed & smart TV. The 4th Bedroom has 2 Bunk beds, (1 Queen over Twin, 1 Twin over Twin). There are 2 living rooms, 1 downstairs, 1 upstairs, both with Smart TVs. There are 3 Full bathrooms upstairs. In the upstairs living room you will find plenty of toys and games, including a Nintendo classic & arcade game. There is a fully stocked, gourmet kitchen to prepare meals if you like. There is large dining room table and a large counter for seating for 11. Lots of entertainment, including a Foosball table, games and video games. Also, a Full size washer & dryer. This house is perfect for 2 families to share.
