This charming 2600 sq/ft home in Colorado Springs, CO. Experience the best of both worlds, with a country-like setting yet close proximity to the city. This home is a raised ranch, there are stairs from either the front entrance or the basement entrance to the main level. On the main level, you will find a spacious, open floor plan with a kitchen stocked with everything you need to cook up some meals. The dining table can comfortably sit up to 8 and there are 3 stools at the countertop bar/peninsula. The living room is comfortable with a Smart TV and sectional with a chaise lounge and gas fireplace. On this level, there are 3 bedrooms with a master bedroom with a King bed, sitting area, walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom with shower and double vanity. The other 2 bedrooms are cozy with one having a Queen bed and the other full/full bunk. There is also a 2nd bathroom in the hallway with a tub/shower combo.
Head to the basement where all the fun is! The basement is extremely cozy, all year round! Nice and chilly during the warm Summer months and in the Winter walk around barefoot on warm heated tile floors and cozy up to a movie around the wood stove! On this level, there is also a laundry room and 3rd bathroom with a large walk-in shower and dual vanity. The main area is the game room with shuffleboard and air hockey, sure to entertain everyone for hours! There is a large sectional (also can easily be used as a bed for 1-2 people), a Sony 65" Smart TV, and various board games. There is a 4th bedroom with a day bed, consisting of a twin bed and twin trundle, a desk to work at, and a walk-out entrance with a small patio and chairs. The workout room is also in the basement! Here you will find a padded floor to exercise/stretch on, some dumbbells and yoga mats, and other accessories as well as a Smart-TV to stream some yoga or whatever you need! There is also a PELOTON Treadmill and Bike for that ultimate workout!
