The main level is the heart of the home and features a bright and welcoming, open-concept layout with lots of natural light spilling in through floor to ceilings under vaulted ceilings. The gorgeous and fully equipped kitchen will attract all levels of chefs with plenty of workspace on expansive countertops, professional-grade appliances such as the six-burner Wolf gas range, and a large island with seating at four leather barstools. The adjacent dining area offers seating for 10 in a chair and bench combo. An oversized glass door gives way to the deck where you’ll find a grilling area available for year-round use. Dine al fresco in the summer months and enjoy the sounds of the Blue River rushing just below.
At the end of the day, unwind in the great room – cozy up on the sofa next to the gas fireplace or enjoy a movie on the TV. The large sectional sofa plus two armchairs offer ample and comfortable seating so your entire group can relax together and dream up the next day’s adventures.
