The Space:
Lupine Peak is the perfect mountain getaway for ski enthusiasts, hiking fanatics, and fly-fishing fans alike!
When you arrive at the property, you will be greeted with mountain views and gorgeous aspen trees as the backdrop to this 5-bedroom 3-bathroom home.
The home has two entries with the first one being the ground-floor basement for ease of access. The basement features a remodeled kitchenette, dining room, and a cozy living room complete with a gas fireplace. The basement also features a laundry room with a Samsung washer and dryer, a boot warmer, and a coat rack so you and your family can stay dry and warm. There are two bedrooms on this floor with a newly-renovated bathroom with a combo tub / shower and large vanity. The first bedroom features a queen-sized bed and the second features a luxurious king-sized bed.
The second floor features beautiful wood-vaulted ceilings framed with floor-to-ceiling windows lit by the glow of a wood-burning fireplace. This floor has a cozy layout accented by the main living room with a 40” Samsung smart TV, a large sectional, a fully-stocked kitchen, and a dining room. Sliding glass doors lead to the massive wrap-around balcony featuring six adirondack chairs, a grill, and an incredible ten-mile range of mountain views. The second floor contains a full bathroom featuring a tub / shower combo and two bedrooms. One of the bedrooms houses two full-sized bunk beds, perfect for the kids! The second bedroom has a luxurious king-sized bed. Both bedrooms have large closets perfect for storing all of your luggage and clothes.
The third and final floor features a lofted office for any of your remote working needs. This floor is where the last bedroom resides with two queen-sized beds and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower and a luxurious wooden sauna!
With plenty of space, proximity to skiing and fishing, thoughtful amenities, and the wilderness as your backyard, you may never want to leave this unforgettable luxury property.
Guest Access:
The home can be accessed through the front door using the keypad code provided in the check-in instructions sent within 24 hours of arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Lupine Peak is located in Breckenridge’s scenic mountain neighborhood, two and a half hours outside Denver and the Denver International Airport. The mountain range is home to a wide variety of vegetation and wildlife, dotted with alpine lakes, forests, and meadows.
The winter brings a blanket of snow while the summer months provide the perfect landscape for hiking and biking. Trailheads like the Iowa Hill Trailhead and the Peaks Trail Trailhead are moments away from the residence.
The delightful mountain town of Breckenridge is home to several distilleries, historical walking tours, kayaking, parks, shops, and restaurants. Carter Park & Pavilion is a local favorite park for kid-friendly activities with a public dog park and picnic area. Breckenridge Recreation Center offers fitness rooms, studios for aerobics and dance, and even an indoor climbing wall during intemperate weather. There is also an aquatics area with pool, water slides, a sauna, and hot tubs.
Getting Around:
There are many options for public transportation in the Breckenridge area. Uber, Lyft, and other rideshare services are typically available in the area.

Other Things to Note:
1) This home is dog-friendly!
Once your booking is confirmed and you have let us know the number of dogs traveling with you, you'll receive a payment request for the dog fee of $150 for the first dog and $50 per additional dog (maximum 5 dogs total), plus any applicable taxes. The dog fee is non-refundable and helps ensure dog-related allergens are cleaned for future guests. Please note that dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds, and there may be extra cleaning costs if excessive dog hair is found that cannot be removed through standard cleaning methods. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate any pets other than dogs.
2) Cameras:
Outdoor cameras are used for security purposes and are checked only in case of emergency. Cameras are not used to monitor guest behavior, nor do they face inside the home. Locations: above the front door and on the side of the home.
3) Coffee:
All Boutiq homes provide a drip coffee maker along with premium ground coffee. This home does NOT have a Keurig.
4) Other notes about the home:
- 4WD or AWD vehicles are recommended during the winter. Boutiq is not responsible for guests getting stuck in the snow or cars being towed for any reason. Prior to arrival, please review the parking information available in the digital guidebook to ensure you park in an appropriate spot.
- Guest access is restricted to the main house; guests are prohibited from using the owner's carriage house or garage. The owner will occasionally stay onsite, but will not interfere with or use any guest spaces.
