The house is located in the beautiful and historic Ridgecrest Neighborhood just 5 minutes from the Albuquerque International Airport. Also located less than 5 minutes away is the University of New Mexico, Kirtland Air Force Base, Sandia National Labs, the VA Hospital, UNM Hospital and Presbyterian Hospital. Military welcome. Also nearby is the historic Nob Hill district where you can find many of Albuquerque's best restaurants and shops to browse. The house is 1600 sq ft with large green front and back yards all to yourself. This house has a large master bedroom with raised ceilings, vegas, a ceiling fan and a connected master bath. Two more large bedrooms, another full bath, living room with gas fireplace, dining area and a large kitchen make up the interior. French doors open wide to the shaded backyard patio complete with outdoor table and chairs and a fire pit for those wanting a little evening ambience.. A giant elm tree shades the backyard with peach, apple, fig, lilac and juniper trees ringing the outside. Any fruit in season is yours to take. The backyard is walled in with a high gate so it is perfect for those traveling with a dog. The front porch also opens onto a nice lawn shaded by two large ash trees. Enjoy relaxing by the fire pit after a long day of sightseeing or work.
The Ridgecrest Neighborhood is one of Albuquerque's most well known and beautiful areas with large mature trees, grassed medians, many local parks and a quiet and relaxed neighborhood feel.
