You are centrally located at the bottom of Wildernest next to I-70, with panoramic mountain views including the Continental Divide and Williams Pak Range. Easy access to everything in Summit County and beyond: Keystone (15 mins), Loveland Ski Area (15 mins), Copper Mountain (15 mins), Breckenridge (25 mins), and Vail (35 mins). Relax in your private back patio hot tub, overlooking beautiful mountain views after a full day of skiing, biking, hiking or taking in all the nearby attractions.
There is plenty of space in this modern 3 story, 1900 sq ft, 3 bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhome with attached garage. Very short walk to downtown Silverthorne, restaurants, breweries and world-renowned trout fishing on the Blue River. 3 Bikes (1 large, 1 medium, 1 youth) are available for your use if you'd like to pedal around town instead.
The upstairs level sleeps 8 with one king (master), one queen (guest #1), a bunk bed and a trundle (guest #2). The master includes a full bathroom with stone finishes, equipped with two sinks, a bathtub and a shower.
The full-sized main-level kitchen is stocked with all the cookware and tableware needed to make a gourmet meal away from home. It features granite countertops, a breakfast bar, and enough cupboard space for all your groceries. The offset stylish dining area comfortably seats six. The stepdown living room on this level includes leather furniture and modern mountain aesthetics, which leads to a walkout deck (w/BBQ) and a lower level patio (w/hot tub) overlooking unobstructed mountain views.
Downstairs you'll find the laundry room, a second living room with a flat-screen TV, Xbox and game room equipped with a multi-arcade machine, darts, axe (plastic) throwing, and hook and ring game.
All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. Hot tub towels are provided as well.
The unit has free guest wifi. We have two permanent parking spaces with additional overflow parking available.
