Before making a reservation, we would like to inform you that our maintenance team conducts regular visits to perform tasks such as , "taking out the trash", "cutting the grass" etc. Basically anything to maintain the house in a good condition.
~ Mailboxes: Per regulations, guests are not allowed to use the mailboxes on site. You may have Amazon packages delivered to the door and also use nearby post office boxes for mail. We would not be liable for any lost packages.
