This home is situated just outside of town, making it necessary to have a vehicle for your stay. We recommend a 4x4 or all-wheel drive (AWD) vehicle during the winter months for optimal accessibility. While you can enjoy leisurely walks around the neighborhood, a vehicle is required to reach downtown Pagosa Springs and its various attractions.
Fishing Permits are required if planning to use the river to fish. They can be acquired from Walmart.
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM, unless otherwise arranged. Early check-in or late check-out is available for $15 per hour, which helps accommodate our cleaning schedule and preparation for the next guest.
Dogs are welcome for an additional pet fee of $45.
Please clean up after your pets following their outdoor activities. We kindly ask that pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. Thank you for supervising your furry friends and helping us maintain a clean and comfortable space for everyone.
