Newly Built Modern Home
The home has high ceilings on the main floor and vaulted ceilings on the second floor for a very spacious open feel. On the Main Floor, there are two living areas, one for the TV streaming/movie watching with comfortable chairs and built in seating by the window. The other area is by the fireplace on leather furniture for relaxation, conversation, reading, game playing folk with a coffee table, an especially cozy feel in the winter months.

The home makes a great "base camp" for everything Leadville has to offer. We love that it is so close to many amenities including the Mineral Belt Trail that passes right next to the house which is great for walking, running, hiking, biking or cross country ski right from the door. The home is on the north end of town so you can get quick access to Copper Mountain or Ski Cooper, two favorite ski destinations or maybe a snowshoe or summer hike at Mayflower Gulch and many other destinations. And still a short 10 minute walk walk will bring you to the main street of historic downtown Leadville, with many museum, dining and shopping options.
