Relax with the whole family at Vista Bella, a 1450 sq ft cozy mountain retreat on an acre of land. Enjoy breathtaking unobstructed mountain views from the back deck and almost every room of the house by day while snuggling up to a heated electric fireplace or enjoying a soak in the hot tub at night. Enjoy a meal outside on the expansive covered back patio.

Vista Bella is a stunning brand new 3-bedroom, 2 bathroom house that sleeps up to 8 guests with a MAXIMUM of 6 adults (PLEASE SEE "Other things to note" section for more information). Guests will enjoy sleeping on a king size bed in the master bedroom with towering French doors leading to the back patio. A private ensuite master bathroom with dual-sinks and spacious walk-in shower provide a spa-like feel. The remaining 2 bedrooms feature a split floor plan on the opposite end of the house with additional bathroom. The kiddos will love waking up to the mountain views from the floor to ceiling windows when sleeping on the murphy bunk beds in the living room. The well-stocked open-kitchen design allows you to enjoy the scenery while cooking a grand meal for a holiday, or making a cup of coffee from the Keurig. Vista Bella is located in a quiet and safe golf course neighborhood about 30 minutes from Ski Apache, 1 hour from Cloudcroft, and 10 minutes from the cute shops in downtown Ruidoso. Your peaceful serenity awaits! (And trust me...you won't want to leave!)

PLEASE NOTE THAT RUIDOSO'S ORDINANCE ONLY ALLOWS A MAXIMUM OF 6 ADULTS for our permit with a maximum total guest count of 8. For liability reasons, if your request includes more than 6 adults, we will automatically decline your booking request. We will also cancel stays which are found to have more than 6 adults in the party.
Our house is best suited for couples and families looking for a quiet mountain getaway. We do not allow gatherings outside of the listed number of guests on the original booking.
If you are a resident of Ruidoso, please be specific about the reason you are renting the space in your inquiry/request.
Our goal is to be the perfect home away from home with all the necessities any guest would need for a truly comfortable stay (extra towels, linens, heavy blankets, pillows, toilet paper, paper towels, hand and body soap, shampoo and conditioner, dish and clothes washer tabs, dryer sheets, vacuum and cleaning supplies, trash bags, first aid kit, hair dryer and curling iron, ironing board and iron, coffee, and all the kitchen essentials for cooking at home). We've stayed at many vacation rentals over the years and have tried our very best to incorporate everything we needed and loved about those stays to bring that into one place! We absolutely want to know if there was anything you wish we provided during your stay!
Due to all the recent forest fires in the area, we do not offer any amenities with an open flame such as a fire pit, gas or charcoal grill, or wood-burning or gas fireplace. We have an electric outdoor grill, electric oven/stove, and an electric fireplace.
Our hot tub is checked by a specialist after every stay. Rest assured the hot tub will be ready for your stay!
We have 2 exterior cameras on the house including a ring doorbell and a camera mounted above the garage with a clear view of the entire driveway. There are absolutely no other cameras at the property, inside or outside.
Full disclosure on the cleaning fee. We understand cleaning fees can be frustratingly high with short-term rentals. Our actual cost for cleaning after each stay is $220 so we are absorbing a portion of the cleaning fee in an effort to reduce that burden while keeping our nightly rate competitive.
We do not have required checkout instructions but our expectation is that guests will not leave the house in complete disarray. Please be respectful of the space and helpful things like placing dirty dishes in the dishwasher and taking the kitchen trash to the dumpster are much appreciated. You're paying a cleaning fee so we do not believe guests should be burdened by extensive checkout requirements.
