This tranquil home offers two floors of mountain comfort. Nestled in a quiet treed neighborhood, it provides both solitude and convenience.
The main floor opens into the welcoming living area, with comfy furniture, fireplace, and a flat-screen TV. The oversize dining table comfortably seats eight, and the kitchen is well-appointed with full-size appliances and all the essentials needed to prepare a home-cooked meal. Laundry area just off of the kitchen.
Also on the main floor are two bedrooms; a master queen bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, and a guest bedroom across the hall with a queen bed. The main floor also offers a full bath.
The staircase to the lower level leads to a game room with a flat-screen TV and foosball table, in addition to a sleeper sofa. Down the hall are two bedrooms and a full bath.
The first bedroom features two double beds, while the second bedroom offers a king bed and a TV. There is also a full bathroom on the lower level.Step out of the kitchen on the main floor or the game room on the lower floor to the two-story deck, connected by a set of outdoor stairs. The upper deck features a gas grill and patio furniture, while the lower deck provides the comforts of a private hot tub.
