Summary: From the very moment we walked in the first greeting that we got was "I need your ID please" Not how may I help you or good evening. The young lady the front desk was very dismissive. When we asked if there was a closer parking to our room we were told no they're only a small parking space in front and a very small parking space in back. In fact the parking space in the back was four times larger, and there was space open next to the door that was closer to our room. When coming back on the second day we found that the room was not clean or towels replaced or trash removed. We were told that we did not select to have our room cleaned and that it would not be cleaned until the 3rd day. I told them that when I checked in no one gave me the option of room cleaning. The fact that the automatic is to not clean the room is rather disgusting. They only brought us up a small group of towels. While going to the restroom later on I found that there were no replacement toilet paper rolls in the room at all. My wife had to go to the front desk to get toilet paper rolls, trash cans bags, towels, and sheet for the pull out bed. Several of the lamps were not even plugged in when we got to the room. My son enjoyed swimming however the pool was extremely cold. Also when trying to wash clothes in the early morning before a meeting I found that the washer and dryer were out of order and no one had a clue where to go to a laundromat. Horrible experience, not going back!
